The effect of aerobic exercise on quality of life among breast cancer survivors: a randomized controlled trial.

Objective: To determine the effect of moderate-intensity aerobic exercise on the quality of life (QOL) and physical functioning in breast cancer survivors.

Materials And Methods: We randomly assigned 62 breast cancer survivors to an exercise (N = 30) or control group (N = 32). The exercise group trained at a moderate intensity progressing from 25 to 40 min over a 10-week period.

Clear cell variant of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma: a case report.

Introduction: Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma is a diffuse proliferation of large neoplastic B lymphoid cells with a nuclear size equal to or exceeding the normal macrophage nuclei. We report a case of a clear cell variant of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma involving a lymph node in the neck, which was clinically suspected of being metastatic carcinoma.

Case Presentation: A 39-year-old Caucasian ethnic Albanian man from Kosovo presented with a rapidly enlarging lymph node in his neck, but he also disclosed B symptoms and fatigue.

Comparative accuracy of mammography and ultrasound in women with breast symptoms according to age and breast density.

Breast cancer is the most common cancer and the second most common cause of death from cancer in women.The aim of this studywas to determine which is more accurate imaging test mammography or ultrasound for diagnosis of breast cancer based on the women's age and breast density. We examined 546 patients with breast symptoms, by clinical breast examination, mammography and ultrasound.

Prognostic values of thyroid tumours.

Thyroid cancer accounts for approximately 1% of total cancer cases in developed countries. The aim of this study has been to analyze the histopathological variants of thyroid tumours with regard to gender and age. Despite their relative rarity in our material, they exhibit a wide range of morphological patterns and biological behaviour.
