Objective: This study aims to evaluate the utility of social media to distribute a patient survey on differences in management and outcomes of monochorionic-diamniotic (MCDA) pregnancies.
Study Design: A cross-sectional survey was posted to an English-language MCDA twins patient-centered support group within the social media site, Facebook from April 2, 2018 to June 26, 2018. Subjects were recruited through a technique called "snowballing," whereby individuals shared the survey to assist with recruiting.

Ultrasound is essential in the evaluation and management of pregnancies of unknown location. Differential diagnoses include early pregnancy loss, pregnancy of unknown location, and ectopic pregnancies. Both transabdominal and transvaginal routes should be available, in addition to physical examination, for complete evaluation.

One cause of NIHF is generalized lymphatic dysplasia (GLD), a rare form of primary lymphedema of the extremities and systemic involvement including chylothoraces and pericardial effusions. An autosomal recessive form of GLD has been described, caused by variants in the PIEZO1 gene.

Study Design: This is a retrospective cohort study of abnormal cfDNA results for SC at a referral practice from March 2013 to July 2015. Cell-free DNA results were abnormal if they were positive for SC aneuploidy (SCA), inconclusive, or discordant with ultrasound (US) findings.
Introduction: Pseudoamniotic band syndrome (PABS) occurs iatrogenically after fetal surgery or amniocentesis due to chorioamniotic membrane separation. Separation of the amnion from the chorion can expand to form fibrous amniotic bands that can envelope fetal limbs or the umbilical cord, with consequences ranging from limb constriction to fetal demise.
Case Report: We report a case of bilateral fetal pleural effusions at 27 weeks' gestation treated by bilateral thoracoamniotic shunts.
Background: Since its commercial release in 2011 cell-free DNA screening has been rapidly adopted as a routine prenatal genetic test. However, little is known about its performance in actual clinical practice.
Objective: We sought to investigate factors associated with the accuracy of abnormal autosomal cell-free DNA results.
