Objective: to evaluate the contribution of an instructional module identifying the number and characteristics of lymph nodes by undergraduate nursing students.
Method: an experimental, randomized, controlled and masked study using an instructional module for intervention. The 68 students who made up the control group or the experimental group performed the prototype lymph node palpation in the initial and final phases, following the free registration of the characteristics and number of these structures.
Objectives: to determine the degree of association between clinical judgment and diagnostic reasoning of nursing students in clinical simulation.
Methods: this is a correlational research design using a quantitative approach. The sample consisted of 41 nursing students who assisted a patient with vaso-occlusive crisis in a high-fidelity clinical simulation setting.
Objectives: To evaluate the knowledge, applicability and importance that nursing students attribute to therapeutic communicative strategies.
Methods: This is a quantitative study (survey) with nursing undergraduates from a public institution. The online questionnaire by the SurveyMonkey tool, comprising the informed consent form and six questions, had its relevance, clarity and operability assessed by experts.

Spiritual well-being is a major issue in health care, but instruments for measuring this construct in adolescents are lacking. This study adapted the 12-item Functional Assessment of Chronic Illness Therapy-Spiritual Well-being Scale (FACIT-Sp-12) for use with Brazilian adolescents with chronic diseases and developed a parental observer-rated version, using an expert panel, back-translation, and cognitive interviews with 72 participants. The psychometric properties of both versions were verified with two- and three-factor models by testing with 212 participants.
