Rare case of ocular tuberculosis in a diabetic patient: diagnostic and therapeutic dilemmas.

We present the case of a patient who was diagnosed by chance with macular hypopyon during a conventional interdisciplinary examination. The clinical context and the association of a systemic disease, such as uncontrolled type 1 diabetes, rendered further investigations in this patient. Due to his immunocompromised status, etiology such as ocular fungi, lymphomas, tuberculosis was taken into account.
