Background And Aim: This study was conducted in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to investigate the effects of the COVID-19 virus and the vaccine on menstrual periods. The data from this study would increase people's awareness of the impacts of the virus and its vaccines on menstrual periods and serve as a reference for further studies.

Materials And Methods: The data was collected through a web link where standardized close-ended questionnaires were distributed several social media platforms in Saudi Arabia.

Celomic Fluid: Laboratory Workflow for Prenatal Diagnosis of Monogenic Diseases.

Background: Celomic fluid can be considered as an ultra-filtrate of maternal serum, containing a high protein concentration, urea, and many other molecules. It is an important transfer interface and a reservoir of nutrients for the embryo. Celomic fluid contains fetal cells that can be used for prenatal diagnosis of monogenic diseases in an earlier gestational period than villocentesis and amniocentesis.
