In this work, we focused on the 3rd goal of the sustainable development plan: achieving good health and supporting well-being. Two redox-active hydrazo ligands namely, phenylcarbonohydrazonoyldicyanide (PCHD) and pyridin-4-ylcarbonohydrazonoyl-dicyanide (PyCHD), and their copper(I) complexes have been synthesized and characterized. The analytical data indicates the formation of copper(I) complexes despite starting with copper(II) perchlorate salt.

It affects people in their most reproductive years with relatively high morbidity and mortality. Long non-coding RNAs became one of the epigenetic mechanisms to prove a link to RA pathogenesis and development, including H19 and MALAT1 genes.

Methods: Thirty BD patients (13 of which were HLAB51 positive) and 15 healthy subjects' samples were obtained. White blood cell miRNA155 expression in both types of samples was estimated.
Introduction: Several case reports and case series have suggested a possible association between celiac disease (CD) and systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Patients with CD developing SLE and vice versa have been reported, highlighting a possible association. Up to 23% of patients with CD have raised anti-double-stranded DNA and likewise 5-22% of SLE patients are seropositive for CD.

Unraveling genetic determinants causing the disease would pave the road towards early detection and precise medicine. Interleukin 37 (IL-37), a natural inhibitor of innate immunity, was shown to be a key modulator in RA.

Methods: Thirty BD patients' white blood cells (WBCs) miRNA155 expression was measured and compared to WBCs miRNA155 expression in 15 healthy subjects. Assessment of disease activity was done using Behçet's Disease Current Activity Form (BDCAF).
Background And Aim: Colorectal cancer (CRC) is a common cancer worldwide that affects men and women of all racial and ethnic groups. Recent evidence supports the role of microRNAs in CRC. We planned to investigate microRNA200c expression and its relation with diagnosis, prognosis, metastasis and overall survival in CRC patients.

Methods: This retrospective study included medical records of three hundred and eighty three Egyptian men patients who had undergone percutaneous liver biopsy between January 2006 to April 2014 in tertiary care hospital in Qatar for diagnosis or monitoring purpose were selected. Data of patients > 18 years of age were included in the study.
