Introduction: The genetic variants that alter human Forkhead Box P3 () function may have a part in the establishment of allergic conjunctivitis. Our study aimed to evaluate the polymorphism, serum interleukin13 (IL13) and total immunoglobulin E (IgE) levels in allergic conjunctivitis and assess their role as biomarkers for allergic conjunctivitis risk and severity.

Objective: Successful extubation and prevention of reintubation remain primary goals in neonatal ventilation. Our aim was to compare three modalities of postextubation respiratory support-noninvasive positive pressure ventilation (NIPPV), nasal bilevel positive airway pressure (N-BiPAP), and nasal continuous positive airway pressure (NCPAP)-using the RAM cannula in preterm neonates with respiratory distress syndrome (RDS).
