Rhabdomyosarcoma (RMS) is a malignant neoplasm that originates from undifferentiated myogenic progenitor cells. It is predominantly a pediatric disease, and its occurrence in adults is exceedingly rare. Adult primary RMS of gynecologic origin is an uncommon phenomenon, and the cervix is the most frequently involved site.
