Teachers' Well-Being Forced to Work from Home Due to COVID-19 Pandemic: Work Passion as a Mediator.

Background: This study examines the relationship between perceived demands (workload and organizational constraints) of teachers' work during the online period of schooling during the COVID-19 crisis and well-being (emotions, engagement, and job crafting), with work passion as a mediator.

Methods: The survey was carried out on a sample of 383 teachers during the first wave of the COVID-19 pandemic. The Scale of Organizational Constraints and the Workload Scale, the Passion Scale adapted for work, the Job Crafting Questionnaire, the Utrecht Scale of Work Engagement, and the Scale of Positive and Negative Experience was used.

[Clinical estimation of effects of therapy thoraco-amniotic shunt method in the group of four patient with prenatal diagnosis CCAM TYP I in Polish mothers memorial hospital research institute in years 1991-2004].

Objectives: Congenital cystic adenomatoid malformation (CCAM) is a rare congenital malformation of the respiratory tract which could be diagnosed and treated prenatally.

Design: The aim of the retrospective assessment was to determine the efficiency of the treatment in four patients' with CCAM type I treated both prenatally and after birth in Polish Mother's Memorial Hosiptal Research Institute in years 1991-2004.

Materials And Methods: We assessed clinical course in 4 children with CCAM type I.

[Can we expect decreasing the incidence of patent ductus arteriosus (PDA) in the population of premature neonates who had received antenatal steroid therapy?].

Objectives: The efficacy of antenatal steroid therapy (ANS--use with the recommendation from 1999; therapy repeated every 7-10 days; dexamethasone was used) on the incidence of RDS in neonates born before 34 weeks of gestation has been well documented in several studies. However, we know very little about the influence of ANS on patent ductus arteriosus (PDA).

Design: The purpose of this study was to assess the influence of ANS on the incidence of PDA in neonates born before 35 weeks of gestation.

[CCAM type II with no clinical symptoms before and after birth--diagnosed in the 21st week of pregnancy and child pediatric observation in the first 3 years of age--a case report].

CCAM is rare congenital malformation of the respiratory tract. Presented case of CCAM type II was diagnosed based on the prenatal examination. In presented case without clinical signs after delivery diagnosis of CCAM type II was established based on prenatal diagnosis.
