Thus far immunotherapy has had limited impact on ovarian cancer. Vigil (a novel DNA-based multifunctional immune-therapeutic) has shown clinical benefit to prolong relapse-free survival (RFS) and overall survival (OS) in the BRCA wild type and HRP populations. We further analyzed molecular signals related to sensitivity of Vigil treatment.
