Purpose: To report the outcomes of repeat endothelial keratoplasty (EK) in patients with previous failed deep lamellar endothelial keratoplasty (DLEK).

Methods: This retrospective interventional case series involved the review of clinical records of patients with failed DLEK surgery who underwent repeat EK surgery.

Results: Ten eyes of 9 patients (2 men and 7 women) were included.

Purpose: To report on the novel use of bevacizumab (Avastin) in combination with photodynamic therapy (PDT) for the treatment of Best disease with choroidal neovascularization.

Methods: A 17-year-old girl with Best disease, choroidal neovascularization, and subretinal hemorrhage in the right eye was treated with bevacizumab and PDT.

Results: The use of bevacizumab and PDT was associated with a change in vision from counting fingers to 20/25 and was well tolerated by the patient.

Methods: Two patients were patch-tested for suspected contact sensitivities.

Results: The results of patch testing revealed aluminum contact dermatitis reactions in both patients.

We present a case of an unusual retinal infiltrate requiring retinal biopsy for definitive diagnosis. A 62-year-old man with treated lymphoma presented with decreased vision in the right eye associated with a white retinal lesion, which extended inferonasally from an edematous disc. Intraocular lymphoma was considered as a diagnosis; thus, the patient was managed with vitrectomy and retinal biopsy.

Purpose: To report on the novel use of fibrin glue in the treatment of conjunctival resection for conjunctivochalasis.

Methods: A 78-year-old woman with bilateral, symptomatic conjunctivochalasis had a conjunctival resection by using fibrin glue, as a suture substitute, to attach the conjunctiva.

Results: The use of fibrin glue facilitated the surgical procedure, was well tolerated by the patient, and produced excellent results with relief of symptoms.
