We consider the problem of clustering grouped data with possibly non-exchangeable groups whose dependencies can be characterized by a known directed acyclic graph. To allow the sharing of clusters among the non-exchangeable groups, we propose a Bayesian nonparametric approach, termed graphical Dirichlet process, that jointly models the dependent group-specific random measures by assuming each random measure to be distributed as a Dirichlet process whose concentration parameter and base probability measure depend on those of its parent groups. The resulting joint stochastic process respects the Markov property of the directed acyclic graph that links the groups.

Objective: Evaluate the immunogenicity of a vaccine targeting the S protein (Ssee) of Streptococcus equi subsp equi and determine antibody activity against Ssee in horses with strangles.

Methods: The study was designed as a prospective experiment using 20 university-owned Quarter Horses and a cross-sectional serosurvey of 78 privately owned horses with strangles. Horses were immunized IM with 0 (n = 4), 200 (n = 8), or 400 (n = 8) μg of recombinant Ssee at weeks 0, 4, and 12.

Here, we found that many SEZ isolates bind to a monoclonal antibody that recognizes poly-acetylglucosamine (PNAG), a polymer that is found as a surface capsule-like structure on diverse microbes. Objective: The current study examined 11 male veterans with military sexual trauma (MST)-related posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) who participated in a larger randomized control trial comparing cognitive processing therapy (CPT) to a well-established control treatment (Present Centered Therapy; PCT) among men and women with MST-related PTSD.

Method: All participants (n=11) completed a 12 session protocol of CPT. The Clinician Administered PTSD Scale (CAPS), PTSD Checklist (PCL), and Quick Inventory of Depressive Symptomatology (QIDS) were administered at baseline and post-treatment sessions 2, 4, and 6 months after CPT completion.

Objective: This study evaluated the vacuum-suction needle (8- to 11-gauge) on an upright stereotactic machine with a lateral arm-support system.

Subjects And Methods: From July 1999 to August 2000, 185 core biopsies of the breast in 179 consecutive patients were planned in four institutions using 8- 11-gauge vacuum-suction probes on an upright stereotactic unit. Needles were stabilized and attached to the x, y, and z coordinates of the machines via a lateral arm-support system.
