Point-Of-Care Ultrasonography (POCUS) has emerged to support the diagnosis process and management strategies. Its use for the diagnosis of pneumonia has been shown to be reliable and effective over the past decade. Various ultrasonography patterns exist, none of which are pathognomonic for pneumonia.
