However, there is limited literature on the landscape of implementation and maturity of clinical learning environment components across programs nationally.
Methods: We used Nordquist's clinical learning environment conceptual framework to craft a survey around the implementation and maturity of learning environment components.
Objective: This study aimed to determine if prolonged antibiotic use at birth in neonates with a negative blood culture increases the total cost of hospital stay.
Study Design: This was a retrospective study performed at a 60-bed level IV neonatal intensive care unit. Neonates born <30 weeks of gestation or <1,500 g between 2016 and 2018 who received antibiotics were included.
Background: Breastfeeding education is known to be insufficient in pediatric (PEDS) training and is, in part, responsible for suboptimal rates of breastfeeding. No recent studies about the level of education provided to family medicine (FM) and obstetrics-gynecology (OB) residency trainees are available.
Objectives: This study was conducted to investigate breastfeeding education and support services provided to FM and OB residents in the United States.
