Background: Nigeria's reproductive, maternal, newborn, child, and adolescent health indicators have remained unsatisfactory in the face of poor-quality healthcare services. Nigeria initiated the reproductive, maternal, newborn, child, and adolescent, elderly + nutrition (RMNCAEH+N) quality of care (QoC) agenda to address the challenge. Objective: To assess the occurrence of client financial insolvency, experiences of key healthcare stakeholders, and policy gaps on handling the situation during maternity services.

Methods: A qualitative study was conducted in North-Central Nigeria. Objectives: Several mushrooms species have been reported to be nematophagous and antiprotozoan. This study reported the antiplasmodial and cytotoxic properties of the n-hexane extract from the edible mushroom and the isolation of a sterol from the extract.

Materials And Methods: Antiplasmodial and cytotoxicity assays were done using the plasmodium lactate dehydrogenase assay and human HeLa cervical cell lines, respectively.
