Background: Nigeria's reproductive, maternal, newborn, child, and adolescent health indicators have remained unsatisfactory in the face of poor-quality healthcare services. Nigeria initiated the reproductive, maternal, newborn, child, and adolescent, elderly + nutrition (RMNCAEH+N) quality of care (QoC) agenda to address the challenge. The health management information system (HMIS) is integral to the agenda but there is sparse evidence on its performance so far.

Objective: To assess the occurrence of client financial insolvency, experiences of key healthcare stakeholders, and policy gaps on handling the situation during maternity services.
Methods: A qualitative study was conducted in North-Central Nigeria. Participants were key healthcare stakeholders including healthcare workers from private, primary, secondary, and tertiary facilities, healthcare administrators/facility-heads, program managers and policy makers at local and state government levels through In-depth and Key Informant interviews.
Objectives: Several mushrooms species have been reported to be nematophagous and antiprotozoan. This study reported the antiplasmodial and cytotoxic properties of the n-hexane extract from the edible mushroom and the isolation of a sterol from the extract.
Materials And Methods: Antiplasmodial and cytotoxicity assays were done using the plasmodium lactate dehydrogenase assay and human HeLa cervical cell lines, respectively.
