Correlation between expression of CatSper1,2 and sperm parameters in the gamma irradiated adult mouse testis.

CatSper protein channels are responsible for the entry of Ca2+ into sperm cells. These proteins play an important role in motility and male fertility. So it is important to find out whether or not environmental factors, such as gamma radiation, have an effect on the expression of Catsper genes.
