Objective: The present study was to find a pathogenic evidence for dopamine agonist application in patients with endometriosis associated pain syndrome.
Patients And Technique: The study involved 227 patients of reproductive age with histologically confirmed genital endometriosis (GE) of I-III degree according to ASRM classification. The control group included 12 women with no laparoscope detected gynecologic pathology.
The molecular chaperone Hsp90 assists a subset of cellular proteins and is essential in eukaryotes. A cohort of cochaperones contributes to and regulates the multicomponent Hsp90 machine. Unlike the biochemical activities of the cochaperone p23, its in vivo functions and the structure-function relationship remain poorly understood, even in the genetically tractable model organism Saccharomyces cerevisiae.

"Fluorescence recovery after photobleaching" (FRAP) experiments showed that the dynamics of p23 in live cells is dictated by Hsp90. Since Hsp90 is present in large excess over p23, the mobility of Hsp90 could conceivably be quite different.

Nuclear receptors (NRs) are a large family of transcription factors. One hallmark of this family is the ligand-binding domain (LBD), for its primary sequence, structure, and regulatory function. To date, NRs have been found exclusively in animals and sponges, which has led to the generally accepted notion that they arose with them.

A previous report described the functional reversion of a dysfunctional mutation in MP (Pro81Ser) by two additional amino acid substitution mutations (Thr104Ile and Arg167Lys). To further explore the mechanism underlying this intramolecular complementation event, the mutations were introduced into a virus derivative expressing the MP as a fusion to green fluorescent protein (GFP).
