Children with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) have an increased susceptibility to infection (CDI), with a rising incidence over time. Differentiating between CDI and IBD exacerbation is challenging due to overlapping symptoms. In our cohort of 55 pediatric IBD patients, 6 were diagnosed with CDI.
