This study evaluates the benefit of weekly delineation and peer review by a multidisciplinary team (MDT) of radiation oncologists (ROs), radiologists (RXs), and nuclear medicine (NM) physicians in defining primary and lymph node tumor volumes (GTVp and GTVn) for head and neck cancer (HNC) radiotherapy. This study includes 30 consecutive HNC patients referred for definitive curative (chemo)-radiotherapy. Imaging data including head and neck MRI, [18F]-FDG-PET and CT scan were evaluated by the MDT.

This clinical presentation should prompt a search for associated systemic disorders, including an IgG4-RD. The clue to the exact diagnosis of the underlying disease is histological examination showing an IgG4 plasmatocytic infiltrate in the inflammatory organs involved.

Additionally, to define axillary dissection as complete and incomplete with ALS and to correlate it with the number of removed lymph nodes.
Material And Methods: In the last two years, 121 women were studied four weeks after operation.
This case illustrates the reopening of foramen ovale in a young patient with chronic pulmonary hypertension caused by bronchiectasis and chronic pulmonary fibrosis, which resulted in a prominent right-to-left shunt and severe hypoxia. Her clinically unsuspected right-to-left shunt was discovered during ventilation-perfusion scan, which was performed for the evaluation of pulmonary embolism. She had common variable immune deficiency, a primary immunodeficiency disease in which B-lymphocytes produce few or no antibodies.
