[Huge right atrial myxoma revealed by heart failure].

We report a case of 34 years old female with a diagnosis of a big right Atrial myxoma revealed by echocardiography. The treatment consisted on a surgical excision of the tumour under extra corporal circulation. The patient made a good post-operative recovery.
