Acrocomia aculeata pulp (ACP) is a source of oleic acid, phenolic compounds, and flavonoids that protect against diseases and improve antioxidant capacity. We evaluated whether regular intake of ACP, in combination with a standard diet, improves the antioxidant system and physiological parameters.
