Introduction: Retirement resources are considered one of the key determinants of well-being and coping with the challenging situations of retirement courses. Therefore, due to the lack of a valid questionnaire for research and practice at the national level as well as international comparisons, this study was conducted to translate the original retirement resources inventory into Persian and assess the validity and reliability of the Persian version.
Materials And Methods: The research employed a cross-sectional descriptive methodological approach, beginning with translating the questionnaire into Persian.

Objectives: The present study aimed to provide breast cancer screening behavior training for female teachers in Isfahan, Iran.
Objective: Identifying the factors influencing screening is necessary to promote early detection of breast cancer. This study aims to determine the predictive power of PEN-3 model structures in breast cancer screening behaviors among teachers of Isfahan city in Iran.
