Toxic workplace environments, especially those involving gaslighting, are known to contribute to stress and excessive work habits, such as workaholism, which may hinder a nurse's agility-an essential skill in adapting to fast-paced healthcare environments. However, the interplay between workplace gaslighting, workaholism, and agility in nursing remains underexplored. This study aims to investigate the relationship between workplace gaslighting, workaholism, and agility among nurses, focusing on how gaslighting moderates this relationship.

Because it offers a strong, rapid blood supply, VBGs easily integrate into the recipient sites and undergo active resorption and remodeling into healthy bone through primary bone healing. Additionally, they support the recipient site's immune system in preventing and reducing infection.

This review is divided into two parts: the first focuses on the complex network of upstream effectors, downstream modulators, and post-translational modifications (PTMs) that regulate S6K2 activity. We emphasize the dynamic nature of S6K2 regulation, highlighting its critical role in cellular homeostasis and its potential as a therapeutic target in diseases like cancer.

Phosphatase and tensin homolog (PTEN) is a tumor suppressor gene as a result of blocking the phosphorylation of PIP3 in PI3K pathway.
Methods: The computational bioinformatics tools were performed to determine the link between PTEN rs701848T/C genetic variants and breast cancer progression.
The Nile Delta, North Africa's leading gas-producing region, was the focus of this study aimed at delineating gas-bearing sandstone reservoirs from the Pleistocene to Pliocene formations using a combination of pre-stack inversion and rock physics analysis. This research employed seismic inversion techniques, including full-angle stack seismic volumes, well logs, and 3-D with rock physics modeling to refine volumes of P-wave velocity (Vp), S-wave velocity (Vs), and density. Traditional seismic attributes, such as far amplitude, proved insufficient for confirming gas presence, highlighting partial angle stacks, integrated the need for advanced methods.

This study explores the dynamic intersection of phytochemistry and forensic science, highlighting how the unique phytochemical profiles of toxic plants and their secondary metabolites, serve as distinctive markers for forensic investigations. By utilizing advanced techniques such as Ultra-High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (UHPLC) and High-Resolution Mass Spectrometry (HRMS), the detection and quantification of plant-derived are made more accurate in forensic contexts.

Results & Methodology: The new compounds were screened for in vitro antitumor activity against Hela cancer cell line. The compounds 7b, 7 h, and 7i produced more potent cytotoxicity than doxorubicin with IC values of 1.
The radioactivity levels and risk factors have been assessed for twenty-eight positions of Black-Sand (BS) surface deposits along the Mediterranean Sea coast of north Sinai, Egypt. Twenty-eight surface samples were collected from six local cities: El Ressa, Abo Sakl, Ghornata, El Arish, El Masaed, and El Rommana. The activity concentration values of the nuclides of the Ra, Th, and K of the collected samples were measured using a P-type HPGe detector with a relative efficiency of ∼100% where it is defined at 1.

Additionally, fostering an innovation mindset promotes adaptability, creativity and openness to new approaches, further boosting students' confidence in their careers. However, few studies have examined the impact of these competencies on nursing students' career and talent self-efficacy, underscoring the need for further investigation.

Unfortunately, partially saturated gas sands tend to be of similar brightness to fully saturated gas sands so cannot be distinguished easily. Seismic inversion can sometimes help, given adequate seismic data and a robust understanding of rock physics.

Background: Deficient shoulder function is a common and exhausting issue in children with obstetric brachial plexus injuries. Even with functioning elbow, wrist, and fingers, upper limb function is markedly disabled by limited shoulder abduction external rotation. Lower trapezius transfer carries many advantages; simple and safe technique, same line of pull as donor; reliable nerve supply (extraplexal from spinal accessory nerve), and not acting on rotation of the shoulder, mostly it will not adversely affect internal rotation range after the transfer.

Introduction: Haemophilia is a rare genetic bleeding disorder that leads to musculoskeletal complications. The high cost of haemophilia treatment necessitates a thorough evaluation of its economic burden. However, due to the difficulty of estimating direct non-medical, indirect, and intangible costs, studies often underestimate the actual economic burden of haemophilia.

The traditional approaches based on the morphological traits have been frequently implemented for taxonomical identification of the different taxa of Ficus, however, encompassing these features are quite laborious, due to the dependence of these phenotypic traits on the environmental conditions. So, authenticating the taxonomical identity of the Ficus taxa with molecular barcoding and metabolic profiling, as relatively stable traits, could be a relevant approach for confirming the traditional phenotypic traits of this genus.
