Primary renal lymphoma in an immunocompetent patient.

Renal lymphoma is rarely primary, but its diagnosis is critical because it requires specialized medical treatment. We present the case of a 59-year-old man who was admitted to the hospital for a painful left renal mass revealed by isolated chronic low back pain. A clinical examination revealed left lumbar tenderness.

Case report: Giant pyonephrosis due to urolithiasis and diabetes.

Pyonephrosis is a rare pathology causing destruction of the renal parenchyma.The diagnosis of pyonephrosis was made on the basis of radiological images and cytobacteriological examination of the urine.A patient of 49 years old, followed for 10 years under insulintherapy was admitted for a massive pyonephrosis of the left kidney.
