Ultrasound allowed to reveal an emptiness in the bladder bag, urinary stasis and a collection of fluid in the scrotum, evoking a hydrocele. Abdominal/pelvic CT scan showed right intrascrotal bladder associated with left direct inguinal hernia and bilateral urinary stasis.
