True Aneurysm of the Left Internal Thoracic Artery.

Aneurysms of the internal thoracic artery (ITA) are rare and can have many etiologies. Hyperflow is an exceptional etiology. We report the case of a 56-year-old woman who presented with a stress-induced ischemia of the left arm.
