Primary Pleomorphic Undifferentiated Sarcoma-a Rare Renal Localization: A Case Report.

Undifferentiated pleomorphic sarcoma is known as a soft tissue sarcoma. Very few cases of this tumor originating from the renal parenchyma or renal capsule have been reported. We report a case of a 70-year-old patient admitted for enormous ureterohydronephrosis and pyelonephritis due to a pelvic ureter lithiasis.

Kaposi's sarcoma: HIV-negative man with isolated penile localization.

Kaposi's sarcoma is the malignant proliferation of the endothelial cell vessels. Its genesis is still unclear; however, it seems to be related to the herpes virus infection (HHV-8). This neoplasia usually affects the lower limbs and the affected persons are mostly from the Mediterranean region.

Concurrent bilateral renal angiomyolipoma and renal cell carcinoma in a patient with tuberous sclerosis complex.

Renal angiomyolipomas (AMLs) are often associated with tuberous sclerosis. These tumors are predominantly benign, although malignant forms do exist and are known to be associated with renal cell carcinoma. This case report describes a patient with tuberous sclerosis and massive bilateral AML.

Leydig cell hyperplasia revealed by gynecomastia.

Leydig cell tumors are rare and represent 1% to 3% of all tumors of the testis. Leydig cell tumors affect males at any age, but there are 2 peak periods of incidence: between 5 and 10 years and between 25 and 35 years. Their main clinical presentation is a testicular mass associated with endocrinal manifestations that are variable according to age and appearance of the tumor.

[Seminal vesicle cyst with agenesis of homolateral kidney].

A case of seminal vesicle with ipsilateral renal agenesis is presented. In the light of this case, symptomatology, diagnosis and treatment option are discussed.
