Background: Public health interventions delivered by community health workers (CHWs) have been proven effective in improving health outcomes across multiple fields, particularly in populations that are underserved by traditional health care systems. To date, little research is available about how CHW-led interventions could be successfully delivered virtually, despite many other health care services being offered via telehealth.
Objective: This paper details a scoping review protocol that aims to assess the existing literature on CHW-led interventions using videoconferencing technology.
In this study, silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) coated with bioactive molecules were synthesized via Vitex agnus-castus L. (VAC) seed extract (VAC/AgNPs). The synthesized VAC/AgNPs were characterized by surface plasmon resonance (SPR) ultraviolet-visible region spectroscopy (UV-Vis).

Although a few studies exist, SSS extracts' immunological effects have yet to be well described. Therefore, we aimed to investigate the immunomodulatory effects of SSS extract on murine lymphocytes and T cells.

The design and mission requirements of aero vehicles, which vary on a day-to-day basis, have become major study concerns in the burgeoning aviation sector. In addition to the design and mission criteria that must be met in an aero vehicle design, the designers' primary goals are to construct original, innovative, environmentally friendly, fuel-efficient, and sustainable designs. In this study, a detailed conceptual design of a helicopter that does not need a notable runway for operation and is limited by mission and design requirements is offered.

In this study, articles examined in open literature containing the particle image velocimetry techniques are reviewed in terms of components, lasers, cameras, lenses, tracers, computers, synchronizers, and seeders. The results of the evaluation are categorized and explained within the tables and figures.

In the last few decades, methodological improvements and fully automated modules have allowed the development of carbon-11 tracers for clinical use. Radiolabeling natural compounds with carbon-11 by substituting one of the backbone carbons with the radionuclide has provided important information on the biochemistry of the authentic compounds and increased the understanding of their behavior in healthy and diseased states.

In preterm infants, nasal CPAP (nCPAP) therapy is often delivered via soft, biocompatible nasal mask suitable for long-term direct skin contact and held firmly against the face. Limited sizes of nCPAP mask contribute to mal-fitting related complications and adverse outcomes in this fragile population.

This research, which includes descriptive and relative features, was conducted from December 15, 2020 to January 31, 2021. There were 378 participants, all of whom were adolescents aged from 13 to 18 years who were living in Turkey.

In gliomas, the most common type of brain tumors, metabolic reprogramming leads to abnormal consumption of glutamine as an energy source, and increased glutamine concentrations are associated with treatment resistance and proliferation. A key challenge in the development of glutamine-based biomarkers and therapies is the limited number of in vivo tools to noninvasively assess local glutamine metabolism and monitor its changes.

Hydrodynamic cavitation is characterized by the formation of bubbles inside a flow due to local reduction of pressure below the saturation vapor pressure. The resulting growth and violent collapse of bubbles lead to a huge amount of released energy. This energy can be implemented in different fields such as heat transfer enhancement, wastewater treatment and chemical reactions.

Our goal was to characterize brain and inflammatory marker changes as a function of play time.
Methods: Nine male players (21±2 years old) from a single collegiate basketball team were included.
Gliomas are one of the most common types of brain tumors. Given low survival and high treatment resistance rates, particularly for high grade gliomas, there is a need for specific biomarkers that can be used to stratify patients for therapy and monitor treatment response. Recent work has demonstrated that metabolic reprogramming, often mediated by inflammation, can lead to an upregulation of glutamine as an energy source for cancer cells.

In the last decade, aircraft-induced environmental issues have attracted much research interest. In addition to studies on performance related emissions, air pollution and emissions in the field of airports also draw attention. Within this framework, the Antalya International Airport, one of the busiest airports in Turkey, is assessed from the viewpoint of the environment and economics.

Thermography is an entirely non-invasive and non-contact imaging technique that is widely used in the medicinal field. Since the early detection of cancer is very important, the computer-aided system can increase the rate of diagnosis, cure, and survival of the affected person. Considering the high cost of treatment in addition to the high prevalence of affected persons, early diagnosis is the most important step in reducing the health and social complications of this disease.

We conducted an observational study at an urban safety-net hospital in Washington, USA, during 2012-2017. Hospitalized adults with RSV were more likely to be homeless, and several clinical outcome measures were worse with RSV than with influenza.

The correlation between UPOINT domains and National Institutes of Health chronic prostatitis symptom index (NIH-CPSI) total score, subscores, and the 5-item International Index of Erectile Function scores were evaluated retrospectively.
Cavitation is the sudden formation of vapor bubbles or voids in liquid media and occurs after rapid changes in pressure as a consequence of mechanical forces. It is mostly an undesirable phenomenon. Although the elimination of cavitation is a major topic in the study of fluid dynamics, its destructive nature could be exploited for therapeutic applications.
