In biomedical implant technology, nanosurface such as titania nanotube arrays (TNA) could provide better cellular adaptation, especially for long-term tissue acceptance response. Mechanotransduction activities of TNA nanosurface could involve the cytoskeleton remodeling mechanism. However, there is no clear insight into TNA mechano-cytoskeleton remodeling activities, especially computational approaches.
