Hormone receptor positive (HR+) breast cancer, defined by expression of estrogen receptor (ER) and/or progesterone receptor (PR), is the most commonly diagnosed type of breast cancer. PR alters the transcriptional landscape to support tumor growth in concert with, or independent of, ER.
