Background: The integration of electronic invoicing (E-invoicing) systems in healthcare finance is becoming increasingly crucial for enhancing operational efficiency. Despite the potential benefits, the successful implementation of these systems often faces challenges related to physician training, technical issues, and system integration.
Objective: This study aims to explore the effectiveness of E-invoice systems in Ministry of Health Hospitals in Saudi Arabia, focusing on enhancing physician training, addressing technical challenges, and promoting system integration to improve overall healthcare service delivery.
