Sinonasal mucosal melanoma (SNMM) is a rare malignancy with poor prognosis and high recurrence rate. In those with recurrence, survival is dismal. Immunotherapy is an emerging area of investigation; however, there is a scarcity of data on immunotherapy outcomes in SNMM patients with recurrence.
