Ischemic heart disease and myocardial infarction in patients with SLE--are usually secondary to early coronary atherosclerosis. Estimation if antiphospholipid syndrome and antiphospholipid antibodies are the risk factor for myocardial infarction and ischemic heart disease in patients with TRU. We examined 129 patients with SLE (114 women and 15 men).
