[Ulcerative colitis and sclerosing cholangitis associated with elastosis perforans. A case review].

Transepidermal elimination is a mechanism by which altered dermal extracellular material is discharged through the epidermis. Perforating elastosis is a rare disease characterized by the transepidermal elimination of abnormal elastic fibers. Clinically it manifests as skin-colored keratotic papules that may coalesce and form arcuate or serpiginous plaques.
