[Rituximab-induced interstitial lung disease].

The introduction of the anti-CD20 antibody rituximab into clinical practice has improved substantially the prognosis of a variety of haematological and autoimmune diseases. The interstitial lung disease is one of most serious and potentially fatal complications of rituximab therapy. This diagnosis should be considered in patients who have received the drug and present with dyspnea, fever and cough without clear evidence of infection.
