Improved serodiagnosis of early Lyme borreliosis: immunoblot with local Borrelia afzelii strain.

To improve the serodiagnosis of Lyme borreliosis (LB) the performances of four tests were evaluated. An indirect immunofluorescent assay based on Borrelia burgdorferi s.s.
