Objective: To review published data on oral manifestations of multiple myeloma.
Methods: An electronic database search was performed of articles published from 1971 to November 2016 in order to identify studies that reported oral manifestations of patients with multiple myeloma. Case reports and case series with oral manifestations of multiple myeloma in English were included in the study.
Context: Adolescence and pregnancy are considered to be risk factors for human papillomavirus (HPV) infection. The relationship between this infection in the uterine cervix and oral HPV infection is controversial.
Case Report: This report describes a case of a pregnant 16-year-old adolescent who presented HPV infection in the uterine cervix and the mouth.
