Background: The impact of lifestyle factors such as adiposity, smoking, stress, exercise, and nutrition on anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH) levels remains an unresolved question.
Aims: This study aims to examine the anthropometric and lifestyle characteristics of women undergoing infertility investigations and to examine the relationship between serum AMH levels and body fat percentage, body mass index (BMI), and lifestyle factors including smoking, alcohol intake, nutrition, exercise, and stress.
Methods: Only women undergoing infertility investigations were included in the study.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the serum estradiol (E2) per oocyte ratio (EOR) as a function of selected embryology events and reproductive outcomes with IVF.
Methods: This retrospective analysis included all IVF cycles where oocyte collection and fresh transfer occurred between January 2001 and November 2012 at a single institution. Patients were divided by three age groups (<35, 35-39, and ≥40 years) and further stratified into nine groups based on EOR (measured in pmol/L/oocyte).

Objectives: The aim of the present study is to investigate the effect of embryonic blastomere loss, following cryopreservation and thaw of Day 2 embryos in an assisted reproductive technology (ART) setting, on pregnancy outcome and fetal development.
Study Design: This is a retrospective analysis performed on 3553 slow frozen-thawed Day 2 embryos, of all IVF/ICSI thawing cycles carried out during the 11 year study period. Of these thawed embryos, 628 underwent SET on Day 3 of embryo development.
Facing infertility and undergoing fertility treatment can create emotional turmoil in couples' lives. It is essential for fertility therapy providers to assess the coping and communication strategies of couples before treatment in order to provide appropriate support. We performed a two time point (year 2003 & year 2009) cross-sectional study of patients attending our services to undergo in vitro fertilisation.

Adequate technique appraisal should be a high priority task for any medical facility that offers this treatment. Although many clinicians have extensive personal experience, it is difficult for trainees to understand the anatomical and mechanical process of safe and adequate placing of zygotes in the uterine cavity.
