Extra-intestinal manifestations of Inflammatory Bowel Disease occur in 25% of cases. Vascular manifestations are rare and occur in 1 to 8% of cases. The most relevant are Deep Venous Thrombosis (DVT) and Pulmonary Embolism (PE).
