From the beginning of the year 2020, the world was affected by a coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic, caused by SARS-CoV-2, leading to a shortage of personal protective equipment (PPE) at a global level, and thus generating exposure of health professionals to this extremely contagious virus. Within this context, the present work seeks to present an alternative for the production of face shields "face shields," in which it recommends its production "in house" through 3D printing, in principle initiated by Prusa Research, where we download your project of support of facial protectors, proceeding with printing through the 3D printer Gtmax3D Core H5. This study examined the extent to which different high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and sprint interval training (SIT) protocols could influence psychophysiological responses in moderately active young men. Fourteen participants completed, in a randomized order, three cycling protocols (SIT: 4 × 30-second all-out sprints; Tabata: 7 × 20 seconds at 170% ⋮O; and HIIT: 10 × 60 seconds at 90% HR) and three running HIIT protocols (4 × 4 minutes at 90%-95% HR, 5 × at v⋮O, and 4 × 1,000 meters at a rating of perceived exertion (RPE) of 8, from the OMNI-Walk/Run scale). Background: The presence of somatic mutations in the KRAS gene has been identified as a reliable strong negative predictor for the response to targeting the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR), in patients with metastatic colorectal cancer and the use of anti-EGFR monoclonal antibodies such as Cetuximab and Panitumumab is now restricted to patients with no detectable KRAS mutations. Between 30 and 40 % of colorectal cancers contain a mutated KRAS oncogene. Colorectal cancer metastasis is the result of several interacting processes at the end of which cancer cells survive in distant organs. Penetration of primary tumor cells into blood is central to the whole phenomenon of metastasis and is a common step in all cancer types. The detection of circulating tumor cells (CTC) in peripheral blood of patients with colorectal cancer could have clinical usefulness in three aspects: 1) as evidence of early dissemination, and then as a risk factor of clinical recurrence, 2) as a relevant risk factor for metastatic progression and worse prognosis, and 3) as predictive marker of response to treatment.
