Aims And Objectives: We aimed to compare the effects of methotrexate and biologics on psychiatric comorbidities, and also examine the relationship of these symptoms with systemic inflammation parameters.

Materials And Methods: Sixty patients with psoriasis treated with biologics or methotrexate were enrolled.
