The Moderation Effect of Resilience on the Relationship Between PTSD, Depression, and Life Satisfaction Among On-Duty Healthcare Professionals in Gaza.

Psychological suffering of healthcare professionals, during War times, is ignored in literature. While struggling to provide ultimate care, HCP need support and psychological counseling. The purpose of this study was to examine the moderation effect of resilience on the relationship between life satisfaction, depression, and PTSD controlling for the sociodemographic and personal characteristics among on-duty healthcare professionals in Gaza.
