Unlabelled: In Germany the number of invalidity pensions due to mental disorders is increasing. More than one third of these insurants do not take part in rehabilitation measures before their early retirement. Only 6 % return into their employment relationship.

[How relevant are the benefits for participation at working life for psychosomatic inpatient rehabilitation].

Beside the stabilization of the health status the reintegration into employment are the main ambitions of the medical rehabilitation. Thereby occupational rehabilitation plays an important role in the rehabilitation system. To recommend occupational rehabilitation physicians have to know the requirements patients have to comply with.

[Participation in psychosomatic outpatient care after in-patient rehabilitation].

Questions: The effectiveness of outpatient after-care has been widely researched. This publication now deals with the questions as to which patients make use of outpatient psychosomatic after-care and how they can be characterized compared to non-participants. Moreover, this article presents the results of a prognosis model that has been tested with the aim of predicting which insured will participate in outpatient after-care.
