MiR-769 promoted cell proliferation in human melanoma by suppressing GSK3B expression.

MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are short, non-coding RNAs with post-transcriptional regulatory function, playing crucial roles in cancer development and progression of human melanoma. Previous studies have indicated that miR-769 was implicated in diverse biological processes. However, the underlying mechanism of miR-769 in human melanoma has not been intensively investigated.
