- The study explored how different obturation techniques impact the filling quality of both main and accessory canals when using a calcium silicate endodontic sealer (Endoseal TCS).
- Thirty premolars were tested for main canal filling and 75 for accessory canal filling using three techniques: single-cone (SC), single-cone with ultrasonic activation (SU), and warm vertical compaction (WV).
- Results showed that SC had more voids compared to SU and WV techniques, while the filling of accessory canals was not significantly affected by any method; ultrasonic activation is recommended with SC for better results in main canals.
