Several different approaches to surgical decompression of the thoracic outlet have been described. This report describes a unique case of robotically assisted transthoracic cervical rib resection for neurogenic thoracic outlet syndrome. This minimally invasive technique offers delicate tissue manipulation under optimal visualization of the thoracic outlet structures.
