Purpose Of Review: To present the options and the results in the management of poor responders in in-vitro fertilization.
Recent Findings: There is no controlled ovarian hyperstimulation protocol which is best suited for all poor responders. Low dose gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonist regimes appear to be most advantageous.

Purpose: To review the available treatments for women with significantly diminished ovarian reserve and assess the efficacy of different ovarian stimulation protocols.
Methods: Literature research performed among studies that have been published in the Pubmed, in the Scopus Search Machine and in Cohrane database of systematic reviews.
Results: A lack of clear, uniform definition of the poor responders and a lack of large-scale randomized studies make data interpretation very difficult for precise conclusions.
Aim: To evaluate the role of the Gynecare (Ethicon, Somerville, NJ, USA) bipolar resectoscope in resecting fibroids, and the effect of hysteroscopic myomectomy on infertility and pregnancy outcomes.
Methods: From January 2000 to December 2005, we studied 59 women of reproductive age with menorrhagia, submucous myomas and one or more infertility factors. All women who participated had been subfertile for over 2 years.
Objective: To evaluate the effect of estradiol addition to progesterone supplementation during the luteal phase on pregnancy and implantation rates in patients undergoing in vitro fertilization/intracytoplasmic sperm injection-embryo transfer (IVF/ICSI-ET) cycles.
Methods: In this prospective, randomized study, carried out in an IVF unit of a university hospital, we studied patients who were undergoing IVF/ICSI with controlled ovarian hyperstimulation using a gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonist/human recombinant gonadotropin long protocol. The main outcome measures were the pregnancy and implantation rates measured in the two groups.

Every year, many women all over the world will undergo a hysterectomy, the removal of their uterus. The majority of hysterectomies are performed to treat conditions such as fibroids, heavy bleeding, endometriosis, adenomyosis and prolapse. A hysterectomy is not often a procedure that needs to be performed urgently, except in the case of cancer.
