[Colonic tubular adenoma following ureterosigmoidostomy: CT features].

We report a case of benign colonic tubular adenoma arising in a 36-year-old female at the site of ureterosigmoidostomy performed 25 years before. The tumor was revealed by recurrent episodes of pyelonephritis; hydronephrosis was present. On colonic enema, the tumor appeared lobulated, 4 cm in diameter.
