Materials And Methods: The retrospective analysis of 30 clinical trials of LABC treatment based on selective intra-arterial therapy in patients with BC (T4A-DN0-3M0) was used.

Purpose of the study - comparison of the effectiveness of various methods of endovenous laser coagulation of the great saphenous vein, searching the optimal scheme for the treatment of chronic venous insufficiency. Retrospective analyze of 318 clinical cases of combined surgical treatment using various methods of thermoablation (bare-tip fiber, radial fiber, simultaneous thermoablation and echosclerobliteration) of a great saphenous vein. By the parameter of the great saphenous vein occlusion, the results in the group of simultaneous thermoablation and echosclerobliteration surpassed the bare-tip thermoablation group results and were comparable with the results of radial thermoablation.

In all the cases ulcer was excised together with anterior semicircle of the pylorus, the defect was sutured transversely.
