An apparent benefit has been shown to occur in acute myocardial infarction from the thrombolytic and antiaggregation therapy, that was evidenced by the absence of early post-infarction angina pectoris, decline in the incidence of disturbances of the heart's rhythm and conductivity, shortening of the hospital stay.
